Key Responsibilities of the Pharmacist

• Order verification, product check, and release
• Remote sterile compounding verification and clinical tasks
• Perform IV-PO conversions, renal dose reviews, and aminoglycoside/anticoagulation dosing
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other healthcare staff

Requirements of the Pharmacist

• WI license or ACT 10
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 1 year hospital experience or residency trained; 3 years preferred
